I feel like a lot of the positiveness has been lost on Tumblr so I am bringing it back. This was an old concept where people would submit their friends (NOT THEMSELVES) and people would find some awesome new people to follow.
We want to promote the people who use this as a blog, who not are obsessed with followers but deserve a few extra anyway.
